These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by So Let The Party Begin (“SLTPB”, “we”, “us”). By submitting an inquiry, signing a booking agreement, or paying a deposit, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Booking & Deposit

A signed booking agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your event date. Final balances are due prior to the event as outlined in your invoice.

 

Cancellation Policy

More than 14 days before your event: the booking deposit is non-refundable. Additional payments may be refunded or applied as a one-time event credit valid for 6 months, subject to availability.

14 days or less before the event: All payments are non-refundable due to event preparations already being underway.

 

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be submitted in writing. One rescheduling accommodation may be permitted at our discretion.

 

Venue Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space, access to the space, and, where applicable, power for the cart experience. Outdoor events require appropriate shade or shelter.

 

Service Attendants

All cart experiences include a professional attendant. Attendants reserve the right to end service in the event of unsafe conditions or disrespectful behavior.

 

Liability

SLTPB is not responsible for guest allergies, dietary restrictions, or reactions. Clients are encouraged to inform guests of ingredients used.

 

Photography & Social Media

SLTPB may photograph the cart setup and service for portfolio and social media use. Clients may opt out on the inquiry form.
